i have a compile program problem where what happens is that i make a map in hammer with sven co-op sdk it all works fine then i open the compile menu push ok and it and hammer freezes and then no matter how long i wait it stays that way but if i click on hammer or the compile window it says not responding and i can only close it so i cant compile anything but i set every thing up correctly

but i should note that i put sven coop and the sdk on a lexar usb because i go around and use different computers any help is appreciated

Maybe the data transfee rate is bad, so when you try to compile it the program freezes.

i would guess that sven coop and the sdk should be installed on the pcs you're using

Hammer always does that, it'll run the compile tools and if you click anywhere Windows thinks it's frozen. To avoid that you can use Batch Compiler instead: http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=2

I think it's not difficult. Plus, it explain everythinhg if you pass the cursor over the options. I think there's a special article on SCO site that explain how to compile maps.
