Hello Everybody

I still working in my Svencoop map and I have a problem when compilling that I didn't have before with the same place I don't know why...
I tried changing recreating a part of the map but without any results

Please help me thanks

Is snap to grid on? This happens sometimes when it's off.

(862,41,421)-(980,112,424) are probably coordinates so go there and recreate any brushes there with grid on. There are other places to look at too.

It seems your map hits the limits hard. Or I don't get something.

EDIT: Aha! Here it is:

To reduce world faces, change some world brushes (including func_details) to func_walls.

Try increasing the scale of textures on large faces, that might help. Otherwise, you'll have to make your map smaller.

Also, make sure you use the compiler tools distributed with the Sven Co-op SDK, it provides a few higher limits. You can find it in the Steam "Tools" section.

Oh, you mean the VHLT compilers I use are worse than the SC ones? Do they have the features the original VHLT compilers offer? If so, I'll switch to the SC compilers. Would be nice if I could use them with the vanilla HL.

About the problem map, I don't think that reducing the texture scale will help. His map is almost twice as large as the largest map you can make.

The compiler tools in the SC SDK are the VHLT compilers with changes made for SC specifically. You can't use them with vanilla HL because it increases the BSP data limits beyond what vanilla supports.

My map is bigger than a normal hl map of course because it's for Svencoop, I will see the compiler tools for svencoop thanks Solokiller

I'm on it, it's not solved at all but working again some brushes I'm close to resolve it I think.

For the map itself it's a map that I still work when I have time, there is a post of it in the svencoop forum although it has changed since the last time.

Maybe I will create a new post to present i here.

Does anything intersect with the sky brush?

This can also be a VIS problem, I have no idea. Try to do a full compile, maybe this can help.

SC doesn't support the full map space yet, past a certain point it starts to have visual glitches.

I've tried it with hammer directly with the svencoop compilers (with compilator 3 it doesn't work I don't know what) and it works now

Have you been using jackhammer before? If so, then it's horrible that you switched back to hammer. You could put a levelchange on your map at this point though, and then work on the second part.

When I said hammer I would mean jackhammer, yes I still using it, above all I paid for the steam version.

As far as I know the only difference between the steam version and the free one is that the steam version has achievements. Achievements in a damn level editor...
