I've been on TWHL two years and never completed or uploaded a single map. I'm not sure if I should be impressed or depressed. I've done work on plenty of maps in source and GS but they've never been "good enough", in my opinion at least, to release.

My mapping style may never improve. I mean, from what you see in my maps you can conclude I'm still a bit messy and not so realistic.
I think it's about talent. Unfortunately, I'll have to be a programmer not a designer :(. Or I may change.... The hard way...LEARNING.

I've been here for about 4 years. Admittedly I wasn't coming here for a lot of that time, but I still haven't been happy enough with any of the maps I've worked on.

My dad always said a job well done is a job completed. Just finish a map and its own completedness will account for quite a bit of its greatness alone. Also, just take your time on it with detail and planning. I should probably take my own advice and finish snowhenge...
