Bill Clinton, Boris Yeltsin and Ion Iliescu are invited to see an airplane built entirely out of gold. They are told that they can enter it and look around for as long as they like, but they can't take anything. Clinton goes first, stays five minutes, upon his exit the metal detector blares; Clinton had taken a screw and a nail with him. Yeltsin goes second, stays five minutes, upon his exit the metal detector blares again; Yeltsin had stolen a fistful of screws. Finally, Iliescu enters the plane, and stays there five minutes. And another five minutes. And another... Suddenly, the plane takes off.

Nice. I think you really have talent! All the bugs have been mentioned, so I won't go there, but... man! Innovation having the pressure chamber- players have to risk death to go inside and get the best weapons, making them all the more rare in the map, great used of Submerged.wad, and wonderful architectural detail, the likes of which I have never been able to make myself do in Goldsource. Five stars and a Vote.

Looks awesome. I can't wait for some new media. I'd also like to point out that both the MODDB and the site say "...the player must not only fight the creature roaming the halls, but also repair machinery,..." Since when did the RC only spit one creature out? Also, you could have a hacking tutorial in the predisaster maps where a scientist has forgotten his password and needs you to hack into the computer.

If it makes you feel any better, The Heavy and Demo were attacking me because I killed the BM forumite, who was tasked by Valve to stand next to a button during the first day after release.

Eh... It's autism... It's...
How do I explain it? I dunno. Although, perhaps your friend has Aspergers, which is a very mild form of autism. Autistic people do things repetitively, they do the same thing over and over again. They often are very interested in one or two topics, They don't like change, and they don't communicate and/or socialize well. The way you described your friend, I'm willing to bet that if he does have Autism, it's Aspergers.

I do that from time to time too. But once work picks up, you find you have less time to work on maps in class and have to spend time doing pointless things such as advanced math.

Yeah, that's the main fan theory and it has been for years. The BM wiki just reprinted it. And if you remember the few areas where you could shoot G-man in HL, the bullet's bounced off. Not exactly human behavior.

Yes. At this rate, by the time he is in his teens, if he continues to map, he will be a master!
I remember I started with paper and pencil... Then RTS games, Unreal, Goldsource... And now what I make/can make is a far cry from what I used to draw. Of course, your son has the advantage of starting with the computer, so he gets an even larger head start than he would if he had started with anything else.

I can't remember what station it was, it just had storm warnings for US counties. It may not have been your local station, but it was one that must broadcast in your area.
Or save up and wait until Portal 2 or Ep3 come out.
Great tut, but how did you learn how to do this?
Using this new knowledge, I might be able to make good looking displacements now.
Welcome back!
Also, I didn't know you played the drums!
But, isn't august a bit early to be going back?
Or that's what I assume. I wouldn't know.
Grats, Rim.
Hahahaha.

Blizzard seems to have sold out.
I you can't afford it, Rim, then I definitely can't.

I mean, really, I understand you like to blow shit up, who doesn't, but... No safety measures?
Well, at least you didn't lose any motor control in your arm.
Wait, so it's out now? I should pick it up sometime soon.
Power Up (Garg)
Oh yeah, Welcome Back, Skals.
They'd better not use this version of the engine for Episode 3...
There is.
Yeah, that was suggested to me.
Yeah, about that- very warm for this part of the world.
If I'm wrong, congrats!
Could use a bit more dialogue for my tastes, though.
Sounds like you had fun.

If I can get a good idea, I will.
Here's hoping I can remember a dream and get inspired by it.
