Point being made was a game isn't made or broken by its sprites. And it's 'Strog' btw.

I know it's on Linux and Mac...I forgot about the consoles. Also, I didn't read the "(both on xbox 360)" bit. :P

My bad.

I wasn't inspired by Grim Fandango as such, but that is an incredibly awesome game anyway.

potatis: It's for a music video I'm putting together. The little guy with glasses is also in it.

I haven't finished the hair yet.

potatis: I can try, but it'd be very hard I think. The way model replacements work for Source (at least, to my knowledge) is that new models have to have the same skeleton as the one you're replacing. I doubt the Scout skeleton would fit too well in my character.

Erm, that's kinda Dell specific.

Turn off Automatically restart after system failure. Hopefully that'll allow you to check out the BSOD. To do this:

My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Starup and Recovery Settings > Untick "Automatically restart"

Those are the instructions for XP btw, so it'll probably be different of Failsta. You'll have to look for something similar.

Just boot XP, sheesh. :P

This is the first step in making TWHL more community oriented. Anyone can edit the wiki (changes will have to be approved the mods that we're hiring) so it should prove to be a great resource. I love the fact we have an error guide now too. :D

Zelda is ridiculously good. It's been added to my short list of favourite games ever. Only problem with it is that it's fairly easy, probably the easiest Zelda game ever. Still, it's fucking awesome!

The Maya Help files have a good few tutorials to start off with. They're generally better than the crap that's avaliable online.

And now, a shot in a film transfer:

Dev textures are included with HL2. They're basically used as placeholder textures. They can also be used to judge scale.
