I've put in what I hope is the right wad file. It's possible that it's the wrong one, and the original has been deleted. If this the case, then you'll have to manually replace the textures and then compile the RMF.

A dog got ran over, and all of the dogs near it began to attack it. My dog either bit one of the dogs so hard that he broke a tooth, or was also hit by the car. I'm not sure which. All I know now is that my dog is now high on painkillers right now.

Try putting up barbed wire around them to protect them from your neighbours dog and why stop there, put up watchtowers with machine guns mounted in them and place tripmine with lasers around the perimeter ala Half life and hey why not buy a tactical nuke that will go of if the perimeter is breached that will protect the kittens.

Sounds like it was fun. I've got something wrong with my kneecap, although I don't know what. All I know is that occasionally when I have to kneel down it feels like a tendon is being ripped out.
