^ And that does what Skals? Teaches the child not to touch knives. (Not sure thats required anyway, the child was already hurt with the knife, stressing the fact: knives are bad)

But I don't think its necessarily the child that is the focus of help here, it is the mother.

Besides, time-outs are a discipline issue, which I think is out of the jurisdiction of the doctor, amirite?

I could maybe do it, but it'd kill me inside.

That's the thing you have to keep in mind about doctors and bad news, it might seem like they care nothing about what they're telling you, but really its like that for their benefit, as much as yours.

Well, it wasn't funny, but it was definitely better than the last one.

I don't think you could make these crashes and stunts funny, I know I couldn't, but this was a nice little gameplay/stunt/death video.

It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't funny either.

The music sounded promising at first, but then meh.

Keep trying though, this was at least better than that gmod one you tried.

Oh but Rimrook, you only get in second place when you tell people what they need to hear.

As long as you tell them what they want to hear, you should be fine, so don't worry.

Pepper is right, whether you believe he will be a good president or not doesn't seem to matter. I've talked to several people, and from what I can tell, they think its important because he's black.

I would hope that he will be a great president, but really, time will tell, as you said satch. People do have huge expectations for him, which concerns me slightly considering his slight lack of experience.

Actually, come to think of it, I had an ATI Driver BSOD playing fallout 3 (A very unstable game actually)

That was the first time I had added the game to steam as a non steam game, and tried running it with the game overlay.

So I stopped doing that, and haven't got that problem since. Weird.

I hear tons of that stuff about messing up hammer and junk, but I've never had that happen to me, not with my x1950, not with my 3850, and not with the ATI card I had previous to that. Hmm, I don't know

In other news, I'm still using ancient AGP, and just got an HIS Turbo IceQ3 ATI Radeon 3850, and its running great!

Personally, I will never use Nvidia, I've used their cards before, I gave them a chance, but they screwed me over too many times.

Well! I think I know which mouse I will be getting.

I'm currently using some cheap Logitech mouse, some generic thing.

The right mouse button recently degraded and is no longer functioning, which is very frustrating in Left 4 Dead! ;>

Congrats to captain terror for starting the co-op rooms ideas.

And congrats to valve for keepin it fresh and giving us some new L4D content, even though I'm years away from getting bored with the current content.

My question, why couldn't dead air and blood harvest versus modes be released sooner, with the rest of them? Makes me wonder exactly what modifications they are going to make to the campaigns.

Lies!

Contrary to popular belief, global warming, which many people blame for a lack of snowfall, or lack of cold temperatures, should actually increase snow!

Global warming is all about extremes.

In theory, global warming should make the summers hotter, and the winters colder.

So stop blaming global warming for a lack of snow, people!

Kasperg did raise hell a bit there, but his mapping skills were phenomenal.

I joined this site after I found it through a google search. I searched for "how to make changelevels in half life" And I went to a tutorial on a site named TWHL.

This tutorial was made by Kol. It'd be cool to talk to the guy that officially caused me to join TWHL.

If essentially means, that if you have an AGP system, your system will be rendered useless for future games, because you won't be able to upgrade.

I am currently in this situation.
