I'd rather buy a laptop today, but if I were to build a desktop PC, I'd try getting used parts that were high-end like in ~2010, because I always wondered how people don't realize hardware doesn't really degrade. And most games are crap nowadays anyway. Id also try to make it efficient and quiet and durable, no watercooling crap like now
and for the peripherals, yeah cheapest ones are the best, generic optical mouse, crappy 4:3 monitors are actually great for oldschool gaming like hl, quake, cs, they got fast response and usually ~80hz

It's true that it's up to us whether to pursue happiness or sadness. Though I think both are equal means of staying true to yourself. Yeah, work makes you blend in with this chaotic universe and you won't go insane thinking why you're here. Love... too bad few in a million appreciate it. I disagree with Alberto309, I advice you not to use models for some time and craft things out of brushes, and stick with default textures, both of which you're doing great. The wooden ceiling of the chapel needs some texture alignment though.

I'm playing some PSP games on my android with an emulator and I like the fact that the original aspect ratio of PSP is also 16:9
