Same thing. No difference bout the phone. If it's tied, you can either keep your 3 card or find the software and remove it.
Well it's simple. Your phone is tied to Vodaphone and doesn't accept a card from a different network. In different words: It won't work with the other SIM.
Although the phones can be un-tied for a cheap amount of cash, if you find the right place..

I would find an hgrunt/vox sentance editor far more useful due to the extra commands it requres (t, s, p, and e) and that it's a real pain to break apart and reform words.I'll make another version sooner or later..

ChickenFist's lights.rad editor inspired me to create something like that too. So here it is:

It helps you edit the sentences.txt file, create sentences. You can also listen to the .wav file, you'll use for the sentence. It also has a build-in text editor, if you'll need to edit the file manually.
It took me ~5hrs to make, coz it was hard to edit the extensions of files.
I made a setup app for quicker installing.
