It makes the guns and models look less sharp and changes some.

The HD pack just improves the models and weapons. Theres no better graphics. The only way to get better graphics is to download a replacement texture pack like they did for Quake. You could download the detail_texure.txt files too if you have steam.
m0p m0pIllogical.

the high defition pack is in (is actually) pak1.pak in your valve directory.

btw, if your running in steam, oyu need to get pakscape (gcfscape?) and manually put in the new models and sprites. dont worry, it sounds alot worse than it is. just open up your pak1.pak and copy the models from there into your models folder. then do the same for sounds and sprites.

btw, DO NOT JUST OVERWRITE THE OLD FOLDERS WITH THE NEW ONES!! you have alot of models, sounds and sprites from the old pak still used in there!

it doesnt matter now as i completed it in an hour and a bit

must admit i heard it was short but didnt no it was that short
nonetheless it was still good and i think the entity setup was very good
also bits of it wer very clever such as seeing freeman on the tram and also seeing him being dragged at the end

very good and this has now inspired me to map loads more and try harder

:D
