So i was mapping, and when i was ready to test it the half life game gave me an error, i dont know what error it was but it worked after i restarted my pc, then hammer didnt work, it says hammer found an error and it needs to shut down, i re-installed it, it delete all the files even half life, but it gives me the same error all the time, i even tried to dl a new one from a web and still gives me the error, did this happen to anyone?

im using hammer 3.4

oh and i re-did the whole computer, had to make back up disks and such, now that eveything has been re configured, i re dl hammer and got the same error!, what the heck? it wont run anymore.

Have you updated HL to 1.1.1.0. Maps created with Hammer 3.4 or 3.5 or lower usualy won't run on lower HL versions.

i have 2 pc's so i am using my 2nd pc for hammer, i dotn know whats wrong with this pc though
