This will be the default theme for TWHL when the new version finally goes up. A classic theme will also be avaliable (which'll look like the current TWHL, just with some slight positioning changes which you can see in the dev version) if you're an idiot and you don't like the new theme.
My only beef with Steam is the fact that Episode One is SO FUCKING UNSTABLE.

What version of the FGD are you using?
Check out the SDK though, it's rather interesting. May have to hunt around for it, don't think there's a lot of mirrors for it nowadays.

I get this problem too occasionally. Pain in the ass, and there doesn't seem to be a fix. Just do what Dauby said and resize it manually, it's the only way (that I can see) to get around this.

I think you just have to have Steam open to launch it from the actual .exe file.
You have to have account information saved to your computer to get Offline mode to work.

You can't add a custom texture to a map that's already been compiled. You'd have to decompile it, add the texture, recompile it and re-release it. Decompiling is generally seen as a rather crappy thing to do in the mapping community, so I highly recommend you don't do it, especially if you're doing it to a map like dust.
