Either your aaatrigger brush isn't tied to an entity (heard it might cause errors somewhere..), or you're using a texture too big for the HL engine (anything over 512x512).

The point is, you can find this info on almost everyone's user profile. There's no point in posting it again on a thread. We do have some Romanians here, look them up via Profile Search and contact them through Private Messages.
I can't believe this , you don't know where is romania
Any self-respecting person, who is at least moderately-read knows his European countries. That means Romania too.

Dude, don't take it that seriously.

Just don't expect people to support you on this project when the only information given is about a teleporter and a car. Fine, if you don't want to spoil it by posting screenshots, don't make a forum thread, since having that little info about a map isn't enough for anyone to get the slightest idea on how your map will look/play. Of course, since everyone is judging it by your description, which often denies it's own statements and is full of spelling/grammar mistakes, you shouldn't be surprised most of us think the map's gonna end up being crap.

Just post stuff like that in your journal next time to avoid useless comments and leave making threads to when you've got at least some media to show.

Stopped watching most of the series I used to watch a while ago. Guess I feel like sleeping more than before. The only ones I try not to miss now are Mythbusters, Simpsons, Top Gear, CSI.
I'm going to download the newest Sopranos season once I get my interwebs too, cause they air it ridiculously late here, past 12pm on weekdays. :furious:

The only movie I'm curious of seeing is the Hitman one. Though since film nowadays has degraded to 1995 Mexican soap operas being mixed with Rambo I, where Lone Wolf McQuade cracks a car open with his hands tied behind his back to save an orphanage - I'm almost sure it'll end up being a spoof.

I am looking forward to downloading 1973's Slither and a few other oldskool movies, though. (once mah interwebs r dere)

This mod is set to release just after Duke Nukem Forever.
Can't really blame you people for seeing things that way. Sure, a mod like this really should've taken less than 3 years to be only 2/3 finished, though with team members dissapearing/leaving, problems with communication between team members, etc. - it's nothing to be surprised of. Most of the team members have moved on to other projects, leaving HS in their will-finish list.

Call it another pointless promise, but it will be finished sooner or later. Now that most of the team members are with DPG, things should speed up a bit. Besides, finishing this would be taking all your "LUL DED MOD", "U NEVAR FINIESH IT", lubing it with nitroglycerine and shoving it up you know where of everyone, who ever said we'd fail. :sarcastic:

The Year is 1995, and you've been taken as a hostage by the russian c.c.c.p or the navy?
and also zombies with weapons, like a spade or an axe, or a plank
Work on your story a wee bit more than 2 minutes. 1995 and the USSR doesn't match. And I doubt they had any zombies in the USSR army/special forces. (woo, zombies. original)

One of the main things a mod in development needs is good planning. That includes story too.

Btw, the font you're using for the name looks more suited for "Rick's American Cafe" than Silent Fear.

in Survey: Violence and videogames. Post #238463
Age: 16
Number of children: Eleventy eleven.
Country: Lithuania

What type of videogames do you play, and approximately how many hours a week.
FPS, Action, Strategy, SP RPGs ~15-25 hrs a week.

Other hobbies: Art, some sports.

Are you a violent person?
Not really. I try react to irratating things as calm as possible, though there are exceptions. Though I don't remember the last time I got into a fight.

Do you agree with the current ESRB rating system? Does it work?

Kids can download anything they want for free, if they can't buy it without their parents stopping them. Since when does anyone give a shit about ESRB anyway? It's just there. Not that anyone cares.

If you have, or if you will eventually have, children: how do you feel about them playing videogames with violent themes? At what age would you allow them to play T or M rated games? How would you determine when they were allowed to play these games?

It'd depend on how well I'd raise them, realy. If they were mature enough to play M-rated games by 12 - I'd let them. :P

If you do not have children, do/did your parents/guardians ever monitor or regulate what games you played? Were you not allow to play certain games until certain ages?

I'm sure almost everyone here has heard that familliar "Oh dear! You're playing that disgusting game with the crowbar again!!" from their parents. :P

And lastly, do you believe that in cases of teen violence the media should be held liable as an influence?

Not with normal people it shouldn't. Unless you're talking about chavs/wiggas/10-yr-olds. Hide/cut the wires, or watch your kids act like 50 cent.

I'm affraid I won't be making it without an extension either. :(
I've got loads of leaks due to complex architecture, that'll probably require some re-making some objects to fully fix, plus some pretty rushed areas, that look pretty poor.

The map's ~95% done, still lacking lighting & ambience tweaking. Like Captain Terror - I'd manage to complete it in another day or two, though.
