It's extremely unnerving how much detail you put into that animation, to the point that I'm starting to question your sexual orientation.

Use a func_button to trigger a func_door that'll move outwards from the center building. Simple enough.

A tutorial on doors:

A general guide to buttons (the tutorial above explains though):

in Zombie related death? Post #231253
Yeah, there can be problems with collision on some really badly made things, but somehow I doubt that's the case here. For one thing, Madcow doesn't seem like the type to make things in that manner, but it also doesn't explain why the zombies aren't getting killed by it if you are, and why you have to kill them first to get gibbed. Very odd situation.

You certainly seem to be running into lots of problems on this GoldSrc mapping foray, that's for sure.

I could put it under my desk if I wanted to, but I'd rather have it sit in an easily accessible place, because I clean and upgrade it quite frequently. The reason I got a full tower was because they're really nice and easy to work in. Lots of space for cables and drives, plus great air flow. You don't need a ten inch long video card to appreciate it.

Caboose, I like your speakers.

It's not THAT massive (ever seen one of those monstrosities Chenming makes?), but it is a full tower case. Sits 21 inches tall.

Try fixing those first. I hear they aren't usually a problem, but you never know...

Basically it's telling you that you've got a larger texture size than some old video cards can handle, most likely 512x512 in your case, considering the name of one of your textures. Since this Metadata error you get is in your console instead of a compile error, then it's likely your computer is at fault, but it'd have to be really old.

I don't know, these are just guesses. I have no way of knowing if they're connected.

Even if there was the slightest chance that you could pull this off right, I don't think it wouldn't look believable at all. The teleport idea sounds incredibly hacky to me. Besides that, this bridge you're talking about must be absolutely gigantic... like, bigger than it would be in real life. Mind revealing what you're trying to pull off here?
