Exactly. What's the deal with Dells sucking so bad? I just recently purchased one, and it was about 500 dollars cheaper than a comparable one with about .2ghz more speed on it's processor. Whoop de doo. I nabbed myself a 3.2 P4, 120gb Hard drive, 1gb ram, GeForce 5200fx (meh) and a damn fast CDRW, DVD drive, and some applications. Not bad for $1300.
Yet my retarded math teachers can't do the f@#!ing math and find the difference in the costs, and buy the Freaking better computer.
Retards.
They bought the better computer. I own both a Mac and Windows computer, and these days it seems like everyone who talks about Mac computers says something equivalent to, or uses bits of the following phrase: "OMG MAC SUCKS!!!! THEY ARE SLOW AND THEY SUCK BECAUSE THEY HAVE 1GHZ PROCESSORS!! AND THEY COST 2000$$!!!"
Learn about the machine before you post, please, is what I say to anyone who uses that. Their CPU Architecture is designed differently from Windows, enabling them to run almost as fast as todays latest Pentium, at 1 or so GhZ. Apple includes some really nice and functional programs with their Operating Systems, including a full SDK and Code editors, nice accessories, and many popular games are on it, including Dungeon Siege, Blizzard's games, the Unreal series, Rise of Nations, Baldur's Gate, and many other games and Mac-exclusive ones. And, newer Macs such as the E-mac, laptops, and the iMac are around $1,500-$1,700, around the price you'd pay for a decent Windows machine.
And yes, when do Microsoft manufacture PCs?
