the screenie was just a beta level i made.

My new mod, Shipped out, needs mappers!!
if you are a good mapper, and would want to map for a space-themed
mod, tell so here!! I won't be mapping for Shipped out. (well maybe the intro.) this is the reason why i need a couple good mappers.
I'm getting new models to put in it, also new textures.

but there was a purpose to the map, it's a lounge.

and trigger_once's would be good for making the player pass through
them and then using the scripted_seq. i already have some of these in
my map, but not everyone is triggered with a trigger_once. some use
a trigger_auto which is why most anims start at the same time.

There is a ton of scripts,
but people say that they cant see them,
but when i play my map, i can see them fine,
what is this problem?
if you could download my map and tell me if

i have science and industry (i dont know what version)

when i choose it from the custom game menu, everything seems to be
alright, but when i try to start a multi-player game, the screen just goes back to my desktop!! even when i try to load a map in the console!!

did anybody have this problem before? or is anybody having this problem now?

I'm making a map. (Sector F) And i want a barney to open a door using a retinal scanner. there is multi-managers involved. right?
so is this what i have to do:
-setup a trigger_once so when player passes through it, barney will walk to retinal scanner
-then setup another scripted_sequence for him to use the retinal scanner
-next i make a trigger_auto and set it's time to whenever he's done walking to the retinal scanner

How Do i actually get him to open the door when he uses the retinal
scanner?

yes doom mapping is extremely easy.
the only view you get is top view, when your testing it you have to press numbad 8 to heighten-lower the ceilings.

it should be located on the ground where the player can step on it.

once he steps on it, that triggers the action.

you need opposing force to download my map. it is in the problem maps section. it's called "(OP4)Spooked" heres the prob i have:

sometimes when the gonome chases after the scientist,
the game returns to the desktop, with no warnings!!
if you would download my map and tell me what the prob is..
it would greatly be appreciated.

okay, async. you can get UnrealEd Mohaa version (which exports the map to the correct map format) if you try a search at google. and then try a search on google for something like:
"MOHAA TUTORIALS" or "UNREALED MOHAA TUTORIALS" untill you find a tutorial for unrealed for mohaa. i saw a site once with tutorials on mohaa for unrealed. forget it's name though. :confused:
