Archie, is your SrcSDK having different games configured to map for?
I mean HL2,EP1,EP2...not only HL2DM under Source 2006 and TF2 under Source MP, without anything configured for Source 2007 and 2009?
Also - does the game configurations editor open under other engines not only under Source MP?

You should be able to, but you will have to remake (probably)ALL entity work, get all textures from source .vmt to goldsrc .wad and you won't be able to run too big maps... ( :( )

Hi guys,

I just downloaded Source SDK through Steam, but I can't set it up. :zonked:
1.The "Edit Game Configurations" program only loads under Source Engine
2.When I setup HL2 for Source MP, Hammer does not load any map properly

Also:
If I get Hammer outside the .GCFs it didn't loaded the "default scheme file", but then it fucked up because of something...

fy_map would be fun, but isn't it stupid? I mean fy_ maps? You just have a small (usually square shaped) map with (most likely as in fy_poolday) weapons everywhere...no restrictions...no events(!), etc.Just stupid grunt-shooting...

Unidentified thread: A map where you start inside your dream, you're trying to get out of.And when you're just a step away from the death you wake up, your head hurts, and you suddenly hear screams and gunshots and try to find out "What the fuck happend?".And slowly what you dreamed becomes real.
Here it will be even interesting if competitiors have to make several paths of the story in some places, like if you find 3 doors you have to choose the right one, or you have to make the right decision like if you help someone he/she will help you in further parts of the story, but if you don't - well you guessed it, they won't.

LAN servers are restricted to local clients (class C)

It's about a non-solid brush that does not appear in Hammer but does in game.
dm_secretcombines map in the vault
The brush is at the ventilation shaft in the control room.

Well I had.
See if it is configured right in hammer.
Check if the barrel dimensions are matching the brush of the launcher's
and carve its barrel, so nothing could probably block the rocket

See damage configuration too.

Wanna start SDK -> Click on shortcut -> Error: Could not load D:/SourceSDK/bin/filesystem_stdio.dll -> Exit
Check if the file is missing -> Failure!
It worked before on D:/.
The problem is:When I try to launch Source SDK it shows me that it couldn't load the .dll said above,but the file is there! :furious: Also this does not happen when I install it on C:/ instead.

So:
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?

Maybe you can name the children of the monster_maker zombie and place another zombie with the same name somewhere outside the map.Then set the trigger target and trigger condition of that zombie to what you need.The monster_maker should be set like this:
Max live children:2
Max children:-1
As the two zombies' names are the same they should have the same properties.

no.you will just place a math_counter for each key.and a master for each door.no limit at input/outputs :)
