I had an Idea for splash's in the water when you ran over it, sprites with trigger_multiple brushes over them. Is this possible?

Try it and see. It may lag though.

I need a sprite though, never made a sprite in my life.

There should be some in the pak0/sprites.

Making sprites isn't difficult. Look at the VERC's resources page for some programs that allow you to create sprites. They're quite easy to work with and do their job well. All you have to do is create a bitmap and put it into a sprite...
