I know this can be done in SoHL but how can i make this in HL1?? Or just make them kill only the Aliens just not the barneys and me? And do i need code work just to accomplish this? :D :D :D

Hmm, I think you can make them to ignore you, but they will attack Barneys, Dunno if its possible to do that, anyways the easier way will be using SoHL.

Maybe i could distract them so they will not kill the barneys and ME. Example, i could add more aliens or move them closer to the aliens.
Or...they all have aiscripted_sequences so they will be perfoming somthing everytime.

Halfife Genius you really need to chill out, your always going psycho on the forums. Just take a chill pill. As for the grunts, I would just go with SOHL like aaron_da_killa said.

Yeah seriously. You can do so much more with SoHL. It almost makes coding redundant. (Unless your mod is completely off the wall retarded :glad: )

all you need to do is tick the 'prisoner' button thing and they wont shoot (at all). OR you can just use the op4 FGD for friendly grunts
OR, (May sound silly) use scripts of them shooting animation, then with good timming make the baddies do a 'die' animation! perfect! but very poor too....your choice.

exactly, but if you do decide to use spirit keep in mind you can make grunts on any side easily
