Version 1.2 released, March 2006.
In this version:

- Fixed some graphical glitches in the map.
- Changed the electricity sprite to a more matching one from the show.
- Changed the electricity sound effect to a better one.
- Added more electricity sound effects.
- Added a custom skybox texture.

With all these fancy things, the tower scene may be a bit laggy. Im sorry about that. If the lag is too high, try a lower resolution. This mod is tested and played in 1600*1200.

This mod represents a specific scene from the TV series. Yes, Spellbinder is a television show.

The scene i tried to create:
In the real TV show, a young boy called Paul gets sucked into a paralel world by hanging up a steel cable between two trees. The cable was a little bit to close to the powerlines, and somehow they made contact with eachother. meanwhile, in the paralel world, a so called Summoning Tower was making contact with the powerlines in the real world too, creating a dimensional doorway between the two world. After entering the doorway, you're in Spellbinder land. Removing a so called Eyestone, will break the contact, and the doorway will close. Thats all.

Summoning towers are like broadcasting towers,
and Eyestones are like radios in our world. Its hard to explain, you have to see the show to understand.

The mod is pretty short, you'll be through it in now time, but that doesn't mean its cool.

I hope you like it.

(Transparancy dlls are included in the zip.)

The quality is really good.
But it way too short. You could try to make a real mod out of it.
I don't know the TV show, but I think you could use it to extend the mod.

Yes its short. Bcus the scene is short too. Ahum. :)

Nah, i won't make a real mod out of it. I can talk about it with Sharak, who was a great supporter, but i don't think i will make a real mod out of it.
