My WV Jetta never ceases to amaze me. I recently moved apartments, and my Jetta was the workhorse when my Dad's truck was filled with the furniture.
Trunk Space is incredible:

Full album with steps: HERE

I've done paint before and every time I do it, I get a little better and learn some more tricks. But for $200, I think it looks great.

Public Service Announcement:
While some of you might have significant others, most of you probably could care less, February is the month of LOVE!

Show your computer some love by tenderly undressing it and exploring it's insides- cleaning as you go ;)

Get yourself a Vacuum, Compressed Air, old toothbrushes and some Arctic Silver!

Re-seat your ram, clean your vents and filters.
For god's sake, at the very minimum clear out your heat sink!
Let your processor go topless and breathe a breath of fresh air while you clean the mating surfaces and ensure maximum heat transfer into the sink.

Or you can end up like me and overtemping your processor to +90C and bringing your lovely machine to it's knees. I cooked the old thermal pad D:

Don't let this happen to you:

I now have my Bachelors degree!
Today, 12/16/2014 I took my last final of my Bachelors degree for Electronics Engineering Technology. It was a simple networking course to end it all. A nice relaxing final semester to end a hectic journey.

Through it all I wrote a book, made an automatic beer bottle opener, was one of the youngest inductees into the Adult Education Honor Society, consumed countless gallons of coffee, countless more gallons of beer, and gained valuable years of work experience.

Next stop: who knows.

It's not everyday that the Government can shut down a major highway... In Connecticut(CT) we have about 6,000 bridges and about 20% of those need replacing. The one in this video happens to be a bridge I cross everyday on my way to, and home from work.
CT shut down this highway's bridge over this last weekend (a major travel-lane through the state) in order to replace the aging bridge. In the months leading up to this, they built a replacement bridge next to the existing bridge.
Once it was complete, they tore down the old one, and SLID the new one into place. Just shimmied it right in there. It fit like a glove. This is one of the reasons why I chose to become an Engineer. Because shit like this. This is almost as marvelous to me as the NASA engineers landing the last Rover on Mars. I love being blown away seeing what humans can accomplish when we focus on the betterment of society instead of bickering about meaningless problems.

Check the time-lapse: http://youtu.be/vX-XjeXocNE
The stress test begins tomorrow. I'll drive over the new bridge; I have faith it'll stand up.

Also, the machines look like they're quite hungry in fast-motion. :D

Hey All.
I'm not entering anything into any community competition for a little while.
I recently came across a project that I'm devoting 90% of my spare time to, and let's just say the Unreal 4 tools are everything I've ever wanted as a developer.

Not leaving, mind you, and I might drop a map here and there... But if this project takes off, I'll keep you all informed.

I wrote a book! Feb 21st, 2014: I'm officially a published author.
I woke up this morning to an email from my publisher stating the book is officially published. I breathed out a sigh of relief and now I'm just waiting to hold this crazy book in my hands. Again, I cannot thank the TWHL Moderators and community enough.

Check out the thread here for more details and updates.
