well, I think I may have figured out the lighting problem, wont know for a bit, the map is compiling as this entry is being written.....The thing was, my map is a model of my house, I have a basemanet in my house, so, my map has a basement.....the lights from the livingroom were somehow shining through the floor (even though they did not light the basement even in the slightest) so, I selected each wall, floor, and ceiling of the house, and tied it to the wall entity....I did this because of the ZHLT light flags, I can turn on Opaque (blocks light) and hopefully solve the problem.....we will see.....
