I seems that you have serious sleeping problems... you should try a different sleeping schedule. There is a site for that but I forgot the name... something like sleeptime.me I guess...

Following a good sleep pattern is very difficult for some (including myself). The last two weeks I've woke up before 12:00 every day, this is something I've not accomplished in over a year.

I usually sleep 9-12 hours a day. In the past months it's been 12-14 hours. In fact there was one time when I slept about 34 hours in one go. Went to sleep at about 11pm on Wednesday, woke up about 9am on Friday. Don't have a clue why, but I was astounded to find out that I had lost a day.
