Note to self: add "random angles" feature to Sledge's entity editor >_>

I think theres a random yaw option somewhere but it didnt work IIRC.
Penguinboy - fantastic idea :-)

Yeah, multiple selected entities, a button or hotkey or summin' to give them all random values... Brilliant!

What about an option to have random values within a certain range? Like if you wanted to have a group of soldiers face in the same direction, but not exactly the same.

Yeah I was thinking to have a generator for each type of data type. Examples:

targetname (or any string): have a generator where you put in a prefix and it numbers them all - name1, name2, name3, etc

angles: have a generator where you choose min and max values for yaw, pitch and roll and it will generate random values between those ranges

brightness, color, etc: similar to angles.

Choices: choose random options...probably not all that useful :P

@DS: Why yes, yes I do. I'm a beginner though.
I joined TWHL after I decided to learn, I've known about this place for awhile (around 3 years) but I only recently saw the light and came into the mapping world. I haven't really finished anything yet, I'm working on something that probably shouldn't be worked on for a beginner.
Luckily my teacher has gotten better at teaching. =P

Thanks Tetsu0!

No problem :D
And i tried ticking the "random yaw" flag under the entity placement, and It doesn't do anything.
I've only tried it with a few random entities and regular prop_static entities. So maybe it only works with certain ones?
