Ok so I've tried to make some transparent textures for countless times and I just cant get them to work. The blue in 0,0,255 and it has a { before the name of the texture in Wally. What else so I need ?

You might not have the blue color in index #255. To find which index number it is, open the texture in Wally, go to Colors > Edit Pallette, and then select your blue. It tells you the index number of the color. Copy that number, go to Colors > Translate Colors, and put it into the Index field. For destination, put in 255, and check Swap Indexes. Press OK, and you're all set.
