Woah, that's awesome. Valve (possibly) stepping out of the FPS genre is pretty damn interesting.

Besides, it's best to stay with what you're good at and know how to do, right?
Maybe he'll be a consultant for the TF2 updates, as it's getting a pinch of RPG to it's recipe.
