In path_corner wiki page, there is an attribute named New train rot. Speed but it has no any explanation, even in the notes. I did some tests in Hammer Editor but seems like it doesn't work. How can I get it to work?

It seems this was never implemented, thus train rotation speed can only be set initially in func_train properties.

It seems that way. The wiki articles on entities follow the FGD too closely sometimes (another example is that many entities' articles lack "Not In Deathmatch (2048)" even though that flag probably works for all entities), might explain why this was included. I am removing it from the article.
