how do you make it so you can only go somewhere if you have the suit, like. I'd like it to be so you can't cause the trigger multiple without your suit. if you know a way at all please help

You could make a trigger over the location where you pickup the suit that enables the trigger_multiple or whatever you cant do until you have the suit.

hmm, i could do that, but i want it to enable the trigger multiple to work, is there a way to trigger when a trigger multiple works?

Give the trigger a name. Afaik, any entity with a name waits to be triggered, except for special entites (Like an info_location in NS).

why dont you give the suit a target. is much easier i guess.

Something I've found to be very easy in this case is using a trigger_changetarget. The trigger_multiple first targets nothing. When you pick up the suit you trigger this trigger_changetarget, wich changes the target of the trigger_multiple to whatever you want.

I believe it was done the same in Half-Life's intro. Without having the suit, a sentence was triggered so the barney said you needed the HEV. After picking up the suit a sequence was triggered so he would let you trough.
