I've been playtesting CS:S and have written a review on it.

Link to it there, as well as my OpFor, HL:PS2 and RoN reviews.

Very good reviewing, only i'd have given CS:Source like 2 in gameplay.

Source ships with three Defusion maps; Office, Italy and Havana, and six Defusion maps; Aztec, Cobble, Chateau, Dust, Dust2, and Piranesi.
I think this proves I'm the only person who's actually read it so far, yourself included Rabid ;)
The Source engine is indeed impressive in it?s graphics abilities and will be able to power games like CS:S for years to come.
Should, for once, not have an opostrophe.

I'm not sure about your shortening the game's name to "Source", seeing as that's the engine. Nice review overall though.

I read it all, you arrogant foo!

:P Wow, I didn't catch that. Nor did Hugh.

I shortened it to Source in most cases since a lot of the time I referred to the engine - Source is capable of rendering maps with this much detail, Source supports these effects, etc.

Thanks all :)

Awesome review. Im finally happy that there ar bots now! Although they better not be sucky like X-box's. But still.. Bots ARE bots.. Fun to kill, even more fun to harass, confuse, FB, etc.. :P

:D They're idiot bots. You can walk right up to one and he won't kill you half of the time, he'll try and FB you instead.

They're better than the CZ bots with no brain though :P. These ones have some spark of intelligence.

Perhaps you should learn how to spell "apostrophe" before you point out little grammar problems with Rabideh.

Hehe, typo :) I was very tired.
Source is capable of rendering maps with this much detail, Source supports these effects, etc.
Good point.

opostrophe
This is when you don't put an apostrophe and someone points it out... you go "Oh...apostrophe."

If you don't have anything good to say, don't say it.

How funny was that?

Someone is still angry... who could that be.

If CS or CS:Source are noob games, then your life is one big joke, shut up flaming a mod, just because you don't liek it for these reasons:

a) you suck at it, and can't stay alive for shizzle.

b) your pc is too crap to support Steam, and mummy won't buy you a new one.

c) you're a total dick, with nothing better to do than come into a thread about a web article and flame a game.

So in closing, I'd liek to point out that your fly is open.

People will play CS:S for longer than they will play HL2
Just like 10% play HL compared to 90% playing CS.

Think outside the box.

And you sound foreign, btw, or you have bad grammar. :L

If you're so concerned with the level of members who talk crap, why not become a member and off-set the amount, hmm?

I find that hard to believe....

That more people will play CS doesn't mean it's overall better... perhaps it just has a better replayability... ;)

After all, there definitely is a difference between singleplayer and multiplayer. It seems the last is preferred by most...

Hence the higher rating.. I guess..
