I can't seem to find .nav & .bsp after I compile :confused:

Check your compile log for errors.

Always read it before anything, and check your errors against Tommy14's page (official site, mirror [may be outdated]). Also check your compile settings, and always use Zoner's Tools as opposed to the strange Quake compile tools provided by VALVe. More info on ZHLT here.
