I am haveing truble installing Yoper Linux. When i put in the CD then
restart my computer it starts to boot of the disk then it restarts itself.
Is there anyway to fix this?

Never heard of Yoper. Get Debian, and your troubles will be solved, unless of course your not very, well, knowledgable in the field of Linux.

Get Mandrake/ubuntu or if you're more experienced linux user, get debian. I dont know much 'bout linux so..
mop and jaardsi are the "linux-geeks"
