This isn't something like Morrowind's, Battlefield Vietnam's, or Halflifes Hammer (All of which I used) things but something that come with the game, like in Pahia, Timesplitters, Excitibike, or Advance Wars.
My favorite: Advance Wars, wish there was more save files though having only three sucks.

I dont really know what the difference is.
Hammer/worldcraft 2.1 did come with the game, at least mine... Seriou Sam had its Serious Editor, and Unreal Tournaments come with Unreal Ed...
Maybe you are referring to something like the Age of Empires and StarCraft scenario editors
?
Maybe the Tony Hawk park editors can be consider fun, although very limited in terms of theme.

There is a difference, Hammer allows you to make anything(i think so anyways, only used it once) while tony hawk are usually very limited, i think the main thing is that hammer has tools, while tony hawk is limited, usually a lego type thing, with spaces, or a grid block floor pattern.
