I want size reduction of the avatars with Big Screen mode on

There should be an option for that.

I want to see the extended news/journal/shoutbox,

I know somebody has mentioned this before, but is the widescreen coming? At 1920?1200 I can nearly fit three TWHLs on my screen.

It actually looks good when somebody posts an extra wide picture...

Also I agree that most--mine too--are too big, but the reduced sized AVs are completely too small.

For TWHL3, they're all be individually settable with drop-down lists of numbers, etc.; these are just to keep you (and me) ticking over.

Incidentally, the text on your avatar is pretty illegible. You're "proudly aerating Christmas"?

You can't please all of the people all of the time it would seem. Time for a seperate "full size avatars" tick box, if you've got your coding hat on. But then someone will obviously create a thread about how the existance of the option somehow offends them, etc.

Still, with such a continually whiney yet completely contrasting set of lurkers, TWHL could end up a wonderful work of PHP art.

(of course you know I'm not satisfied untill the kitten section and "lasers" are implemented)

Maybe I'll have the words "laser" and "kitten" added randomly into forum posts when you're viewing them, Mephs, and a different TWHL logo :).

Nah, they were stupidly big. I might have three versions of each avatar in the future so that people can have "big mode", "little mode", or "midi mode". Maybe.

I don't like the small avatars that much - i liked my oversized eye - but on second thought - its kinda nice.
