Visual glitch - ka_acid_bath

This is a map set in the desert in a poluted region of tough terrain. For some reason, though, when your running around, the vertex manipulation glitches and it appears to be a leak. From other angles this doesn't happen and not to all pieces of the ground, but only a select few. If someone could point me in the right dirrection of how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.
