When I try to run the map I get "Bad surface extents 528/0 at position (832,2352,528)"
Check for problem in hammer shows no errors and there are no errors in my compile log.
I have tried boxing in parts of my map but still couldn't find the problem.
The map is for seven co-op but will load into hammer with a normal HL fgd just showing loads of unused key value errors.

Thats like 300 brushes I VMd!
And the remakeing the selected brushes in your ss didn't fix it
I usually check to see if a cylinder or arch, or any curve for that matter, slices into a plane that is rather large in size. Sometime when compiling, it can't read the subdivides right, and adding a skip brush that encompasses the problematic corner can fix it.
all, which would make navigating this thing much easier. Use Visgroups!...I can't strees enough how useful they are!
Things I changed/noticed were bad:
-2 env sparks and an info_target were 1 unit away from being outside world, so I moved them in.
-Compile log says there's a leak at by one of the monster_male_assasins.
I just noticed this is for sven coop, and it's quite big, so I'm not going to debug it further.
