I converted the coast level from Half-Life 2 to make it into a deathmatch map.
It has fast-paced, arena-style gameplay. Item placement has been carefully thought out and balanced.

I took the coast map just before entering Nova Prospekt and converted it into a HL2DM map.
I modified it quite a bit to make the deathmatch gameplay work, but the overall layout was done by Valve.

Well at least you were honest but surely you'd get more satisfaction from making your own.
Well either way if it plays well then good but seriously this stereotype of you porting SP maps to MP and vice versa is getting SILLY

I played with my son in this map in the past two years. He's gotten so good that I just kept dying and it wasn't much fun anymore.
