Secret Santa: Archie

You know it was actually a strange coincidence that I got to make a gift map for you. After your reviews on my gmod maps, I felt you deserved some tribute or something. So this mini-compo was the perfect occasion.

Nice-big-crazy-fun map!

Very random maps like this always spur my imagination with new ideas, like those pools you had at the beginning.. very interesting and very strange; what the heck were they for? =)

Fun gameplay and some haunting ambience make this ssanta a real treat to play, though the combat/objective could have been more difficult imo.

One thing that was a minor distraction was how dark the level was, so it was difficult to appreciate the fancy tunnels and architecture, but still looked very neat.

The door at the end made me LOL, good job sir. =)

NOTE:
I had some missing materials, which i'll pm you some pics of. however, i also noticed missing materials in hotdog's map, so maybe it's on my end?

I received your pm. I don't remember using other materials than the default of hl2, ep1 or ep2. You might be surprised to find out that the smal pools room eas actually a test map I made before. Being limited with time and haven't made any beginning for the map yet, I thought I'd intrgrate this map :D.As always, I appreciate your review. Thanks!
