A Half life Deathmatch map that was originally created in 2011. I have given the old mediocre map a massive rework. The map is themed scientific, industrial with promotional elements. The map is targeted for Adrenaline Gamer Teamplay but works just as well in HLDM. It is uploaded on the Xen-Raiders clan server in AG. So If you download and install openAG you can easily fastDL it from there :P

Included files are the current bsp and current rmf as well as the old bsp from 2011.

Differences to the old map:
-opened up several floors and rooms to offer more space for gameplay
two new rooms were generated from that and others saw big changes in their shape
-retextured the lower and upper main room
-changed, upgraded and added many details
-rebuild lightning from scratch
-upgraded clipping (it's far more reasonable now and will help to move smoother through the map)
-smartend ladder positioning for nearly all ladders
-several changes in item position/balance
-got rid of the previously existing skybox

I just checked this out. Having not played the original before and only experiencing this version running around on my own, the improvements seem minimal at first. However, I cannot deny that some of the more major changes are a definite improvement. The 2019 map is more open, which would allow for some interesting firefights. There are also far fewer item and weapon pick ups in dead ends which were a big no-no in the original. The texture changes mean that you can differentiate the various sections more easily and the clip and illusionary brushes for doorways and signs respectively mean that you aren't getting snagged while long jumping around the corridors.

Would love to try this out on the server some time.
