As you can see, there is no brush there in Hammer. Yet magically in game, there is. Can someone please tell me what the hell is happening please? I've never meet a problem like this before

You could have hidden it. Press the "unhide all groups" button.

SpaG could be right, but if u look closly at the far end of the brush, it seems to link up w/ the castle. This could be the result of poor clipping of a brush or a vertex manipulation gone wrong or something.

What he said...Bad Vertix'ing or have you got a 3D skybox? Perhaps your skybox is too big...If you have one that is.

Thats happened to me in source mapping. I would delete the brush similar to it or near it and re-do it.

It's clearly three-dimensional, which I wouldn't expect from an invalid brush thing. Could be either, though.

I didn't expect so much help. Much better response then HalfLife2.net forums 
All I had to was delete the brush and recreate it.

Yeah, that was due to an invailad brush btw. The compiler extended it.
