Ok....I was thinking of making a mod (kind of like halo2/Half life/quake4)
where you and the mariens (im using the op4 fgd) invade xen about a year after the black mesa incident. But xen looks soooooo, drab and borring so do you think making up a base (steel etc not alian stuff) which houses some xen dudes? or a space station just out of xen with the xen monsters? Help would be good, as i have good ideas.

You could have something like you're sent to Xen with all those marines to a military outpost and then before you can go out and pwn some aliens, they come in and pwn joo.... what a shocker that would be. You could have it episodic, i.e. you do manage to go out and pwn some zombies, then go back to base, repeat for a while, then have aliens attack your base.

Good idea, it would have a nice twist AND keep to the half life theme!
