Read up on all the tutorials including the HL tutorials if your a total beginner, if not then I don't know what to do.

I really dont know why people dont click the SDK documentation icon when opening up source SDK.

Go to the valve wiki, type in starting hammer, or new to hammer or something. Its pretty much all there.

Its so easy to start mapping for Source. HL1 you actually had to set the tools and directories yourself.........

Just read the wiki

He needs help with everything, i was going to help him, but he said it was for source and i don't know anything in that area so i sent him here, so please TWHL, help him get started (he doesn't know anything and he has bad english skills, so if any swedish source mapper would help him it would rock!)

Steven, hang in there, help is on it's way :P

There are alot, and I mean alot, of tutorials to help you get started.

Some of the beginner tutorials on this site for hl1 are still relivant for hl2.

So, unless you have a specific question, I recommend looking at the tutorials on this site, the snarkpit, and the wiki's.

Good luck.

There are tons of tutorials on hl2world.com, I'm sure, and loads in the Source documentation. I don't think you're gunna get much Swedish help. Maybe Loffe.
