I have an ambient_generic sound (Streetwar.d3_c17_10b_alarm1) that plays locally when I create a LAN server, but it doesn't play when I upload the map to the server.

The remote server is probably missing this sound file, but how can I upload the sound to the remote server so it plays?

Thanks.

I think you can .BSP-include the file with a BSP-Zipping program like PakRat.

I haven't tried PakRat with sound files before, but I'm sure it will work. It can be found here. Make sure you have the latest version of Java Runtime Enviornment as well, avalible here.
