I seem to have leaks , I am able to load the pointfile in hammer, but it don't make much sense, I understand most people use the pointfile in the game but I onlu get an error when trying to load the point file the error is couldn't open maps/mymap.pts

No. The pointfiles are only for viewing in hammer.
Just follow the pointfile line, untill you get to the red part of it. If the line goes through some brush in it's reddest part - that might be causing the leak.
If it doesn't - just scout the area around the redder part and you should find it eventually.
