I've just finished making my mod and I did everything that was said on the making a mod tutorial but when I activate my mod the first level will play but then when I go to the area where it loads the next level the game crashes and it asks if I want to send an error report, what do I do?

But it sounds like an changelevel entity setup malfunction. Check your entities, names, and location.
