in the lol a room picture the ceiling has a floor texture? :P thats kinda weird!

It looks okay, but you need to build stuff outside of the explorable world so it looks more immersive and believable. Maybe some terrain or trees or bushes or something above the buildings you have, like taller buildings or a radio tower or something, it's just too boring.

I hate brushed based text on walls. Save room and use a custom texture and place in a custom wad and compile the wad in the map. The shape of those letters are creating unnecessary clip nodes and breaking the wall behind. :

Nice, but that white outlined sign above the brush based letters is completely out of place. And of course, turn the brush based letters into a func_illusionary entity. Not only will it not cut into the wall behind it anymore, but it'll stop people from jumping on top of it.

The fences are way too thick. It looks like shite when you see the top edge textured with only a bit of chainlink.

You need to add some height variations, as this is what makes any map successful, at least with online play. Add some terrain instead of flat grass brushes, perhaps place the tree is a better spot that the corner.

The first screenshot looks barren. Especially because of the two walls.

Try re-aligning your textures - one the fourth pict above is a good example on the left wall - you can see a join which shouldn't be there. Otherwise, looking quite good! The rain also seems to suit the enviroment. Try adding some thundering & lightning or something! :)
