Hey guys, I'm actually thinking about creating a half-life music cd with different kind of tracks, so far, I have one song done, but needs to be remastured (need to clear up the wav files.. wont be hard)and have 3 other songs Im working on.. Now, I'm wondering if you guys know where I can download all the HL2 sound files for breen, scientists, barney, and the gman.. or can somebody zip them up and host them for me?
Also, how do I go ahead and contact valve for permission rights? Through there website?

but isn't that just the soundtracks for the games? I don't have HL2 on my PC and I'm not connected to the internet.. so will I need steam? Or can I just download Audiosurf, put it on a cd, bring it home, and it'll work?

Actually, i believe only the pre-order copy of audiosurf shipped with the OST.
But i was simply pointing out that the OST is available. It just so happens i got it with audiosurf.
