I want to have some l33t options on mi windows, and some other skins, because the default ones suck, so which program do you recommend me to use??

no program. Get the uxtheme.dll patch and then search away.

You can patch your XP, or you could try something a little more powerful and dynamic.
Download Styler, then "obtain" StyleXP and run both of them simultaneously on startup(both use virtually zero RAM anyway), and then browse Deviant Art until you find something you like.

How could you not get it to work, Saribous? If you're using the UXtheme patcher, then there's a new one for Service Pack 3.

Last time I tried there weren't any patchers, at least none that I found. I was told to replace the dll manually. I'll give it a try again, this time with patch.

is it possible to use custom xp themes on vista without any plugins? (yea yea boo hiss vista)
