Sorry I can't download it at the moment, but if you only problem is the func_door_rotating, a common newbie mistake it not including an Origin brush. These are a simple cube covered with the "origin" texture, used to tell the game the center-point of any rotating entitys. If you don't include one, the doors use the center of the map as their CP, and fly about everywhere. Does this solve your problem, is it something else?

I don't have CS installed so I couldn't run the map, but when I opened the RMF I didn't see any rotating doors. Unless mapping for CS is way different than regular HL you need to use a "func_door_rotating" for rotating doors, regular ones slide into the wall/ceiling/floor.

Your map is way to big! It has invalid solids!(check alt+p fcs!) Use texlights!

I suggest you try and fix it yourself so you know what do to if you get the errors again.
