Of got it where it should be but can't get it open - any ideas?

drag a model.mdl file onto the mdldecompiler.exe and it will spew a crap of of files everywhere uncontrollably.

on the good side you'll have your model source.

I'm now looking for this mdl

models/shadertest/shaderslab3.mdl

I can see it in hammer but I can't find it on my machine
