It's probably because i'm running an iphone... But i can't connect to the IRC channel.

I have everything set up correctly, as far as i know.

Channel: irc.gamesurge.net/twhl3
port: 6667Any ideas?

I've also tried naming the channel #twhl3, twhl3, twhl, #twhl, gamesurge. I've tried addresses such as the irc://irc.gamesurge.net/twhl3, irc://irc.gamesurge.net... idk. bunch of different combos..

And yes, i've hit the connection button.. It freezes, tries to connect, then switches back off.

No, the channel isn't down. Turn off SSL maybe? The server you're connecting to might not support it. And I'm guessing the Address should just be irc.gamesurge.net.

Damn that's not working either.
This is the only free IRC program out there..
I ain't payin 2.99 for an IRC client.

It supposedly works on iphones, although I don't know exactly how well. You'll have to run it through the browser however (as its browser based), so I guess it'd be a temporary solution until you figure out what's wrong with the app.

Try connecting to the US Gamesurge server. I recently stopped being able to connect to irc.gamesurge.net altogether, while irc.us.gamesurge.net worked fine. Have you actually connected with your computer?
